Right now we only sell on-site, or we can coordinate a pick up in North Raleigh when we visit our real estate office on certain days (just ask). Bring a cooler. For the moment, no online ordering: cash, check, paypal, venmo only.
- Mutton comes from an animal a bit older, Lamb from an animal a bit younger.
- These are pasture-raised sheep.[1] What that means is the flavor of the mutton is mild and almost indistinguishable from the lamb. The meat is superb. Like all lean meats though, never overcook it, and a simple marinade will improve your results.
